SYMBOLS - EXTREMAN FLAGS


WHICH ARE EXTREMO'S FLAGS?

The State of Extremo has it's own flags, as well as it's cities. They are all with a 3x2 ratio.

THE STATE OF EXTREMO

The Extreman flag is largely based on the flag of the former People's Republic of Extremo, although combinations of black, green and orange have been in use since the times of the old Extreman civilization.

THE CITY OF ABYBASS

Abybass is a city in the suburbs of Porto Capital, with a majority of it's people following Mounism. Their faith is expressed on their flag, the crescent being a symbol of Mounism for centuries. The black, white and blue colors are an heritage from the Mauretanian Empire.

THE CITY OF BALBO

Balbo's flag is made of two black and green bars, separated by a thin white fimbriation. On the right side, a blue triangle.

THE CITY OF BALNEÁRIO

Balneário is a small coastal city with exquisite beaches. The city's coat of arms is a proof of that: Azure a seagull volant argent on a chief or a mullet gules. The dark blue on the flag stands for hope, while the lighter blue on the coat of arms stands for the sea. The seagull is a common bird on the city's beaches, and the red star stands for the Peaceful Revolution.

THE CITY OF BARREIRA

Barreira is a city just a few miles north of Balneário. It's name stands for the famous reef bareer. It's coat of arms is gules a cross argent a castle or a chief azure, the castle standing for the protection the reef bareer gave the city from pirate raids in the past.

THE CITY OF BASERÚNIA

The Baserunian flag is made of two green and red stripes, and a thicker white one between both. Inside the shield, the letter "B", the city's initial.

THE CITY OF CAMBALACHO

Cambalacho has an odd flag: on an yellow field, three red stripes forming the city's initial.

THE CITY OF CARMO

Carmo's flag is very largely based on Cambalacho's: on an yellow field, retangular forms on the city's colors.

THE CITY OF ESTRELA D'OESTE

This city's name stands for "The Western Star". That is represented on the flag: an eight-pointed star on the upper-left side.

THE CITY OF ESTRELAS

Estrelas stands for "Stars". On this flag, the stars are arranged like in the constelation of the Jewelbox Cluster.

THE CITY OF FAVAS

Favas' economy is based largely on it's wheat farms. That is shown on the flag.

THE CITY OF INGÁLIA EXTREMA

Ingália Extrema (Extreman Ingallia) is a city founded by Ingallish-speaking imigrants. The city's flag is based largely on Cruisana's, with it's colors changed to the Extreman black-green-orange combination.

THE CITY OF LANDRÍ

Landrí has a very beautiful flag, used on the city since the times of the Mauretanian Empire. The symbol on the disc is an Harpia, a kind of eagle found on the Rica Forest, where the city is located.

THE CITY OF MALÍDIA

Malídia's flag is made of a quarter of a red disc, symbolizing the sun, which spreads hope by it's blue and white "rays".

THE CITY OF OLÍVIA

Blue, white and black are the traditional colors of the Empire of Mauretania. The coat of arms is sable a cross argent a scimitar or on a canton argent a mullet sable. The scimitar was an traditional Mauretanian weapon.

THE CITY OF PORTO CAPITAL

Porto Capital's flag is made of three red and two yellow stripes. Basically, that is the national flag without the triangle.

THE CITY OF PORTO DO SOL

Porto do Sol (The Sunny Harbor) has a flag symbolizing it's name. Dark blue stands for the sea, light blue stands for the sky, and the yellow disk stands for the sun.

THE CITY OF PRAIA

Praia's (The Beach) flag is made of a dark blue field with the city's seal on it. On the seal, one can see the sea, the sky, and a seagull, a common bird on the region.

THE CITY OF PRISCILA

Priscila's flag is a horizontal tricolour of green, white and red, with a "P" on an yellow shield-like form.

THE CITY OF RENATO RUSSO

Renato Russo has it's flag made of two thin blue and red lines, and a thicker yellow bar. On it, the city's coat of arms: azure a bend gules on a canton a mullet argent. Behind it, two crossed battle axes. The city's motto, shown on the coat of arms, is "Omnia Vincit", which is Liliani for "Winning Always". Click on the flag for a larger image.

THE CITY OF SÃO SEBASTIÃO

São Sebastião (St. Sebastian) is one of the patron saints of Porto Capital. The device on the disc is a St. Sebastian Cross. Orange is a traditional Extreman color. Click on the flag for a larger image.

THE CITY OF SOL

Sol's (Sun) flag is a horizontal bicolour of white and dark blue, with an yellow sun on it's upper left corner.

THE CITY OF SOVAN

Sovan's flag is made of an vertical yellow bar, and two blue and red bars, separated by an thin yellow fimbriation. On the yellow bar, the city's key.

THE CITY OF TORVÃ

Torvã's flag is made of an blue cross on an yellow field. On the cross, a white disc with a red star, standing for the Peaceful Revolution.

THE CITY OF VERMELHA

Vermelha's (Red) flag is made of a stylized red cross on an yellow field. On the center of the cross, an yellow star. On each quarter of the flag, an red star, which is counterchanged on the lower quarters.

THE CITY OF VILA DO CABO

Vila do Cabo means "Cape Village". The triangle-like form stands for the cape. The small red line, for the city itself. And blue stands for the Melanian Sea.

THE CITY OF ZANTAR

Zantar's flag is made of a white field, with two thin blue lines. On the right side, the city's coat of arms.
