SYMBOLS - FLAGS AT SEA

WHICH ARE PORTO CAPITAL'S FLAGS AT SEA?

Porto Capital has four flags for usage at sea. They are swallowtailed ensigns, with the ratio of 13x9, with the exception of the 1x1 jack.

THE MILITARY ENSIGN

The Military Ensign is in use on the Navy's ships.

THE CIVIL ENSIGN

The Civil Ensign is almost the same as the Military version. The only difference between both are the small blue and yellow bars on the Civil Ensign.

THE FISHING FLEET ENSIGN

Porto Capital's government-sponsored private fishing vessels have their own ensign, indentical to the Civilian Ensign, except for the image of a fish on the upper stripe.

THE JACK

The jack in the is flown by Portocapitalian military and civilian vessels from the jack staff (at the bow) when in port.
