OVERVIEW
The People's
Republic of Porto Capital is a small country (270.000 km² of area), located on the northwest of the
Melanian continent. It is divided in three states (Extremo, Guetaso and
Bajapez) and seventy cities. It's population is of about fourteen
millions.
